Location, a short walk to all attractions. It is very close to the airport. Room met required needs.

Nice place to stay in Ardon, nothing too much trouble. We ate at o deux sens, which is only 300 m away, it suited our needs❤
-
The hotel is well situated, close to the highway without having the noise, nice golf area, (expensive) pool and spa nearby, have all needed facilities
The hotel is in urgent need for renovation: sinck and shower leaks, lightning did not work, balcony full of rust, 2 cm gap between the hallway door and floor, bar with no service due to a big reception, restaurant with good menu but below standard quality preparation.
-
Nice location with a small but very welcome swimming pool. Perfect stopover for us on the way to the french coast.
Please put up some signs so your hotel is easier to find!
-
breakfast was good and a lot for french standard. If you need rest, it is nice to stay. Its near by the city of orleons and near to a commercial centre.
Swimmingpool should be open every day. The rooms need renovation and trash containers should not be left outside.

It was terrible. Hotel personal was very rude. We asked for help with suitcases and they just said no. Even a no sorry was too much. We pre- orders at the restaurant but they just did not prepared anything. They closed at 10 and we came 5minutes late. They said 10 oclock is 10 oclock and did not help us. Unbelievable because we called before and had a very long trip. Never had an expereince like this before!! Warn other guests for this horrible place!
Niets dus! Terrible hotel

The proximity to golf.
Thr food at the restauant is pretentious and very expensive. The staff there is Very good. The cottages are not comfortable, foam beds and so forth, and practically no furniture in living room -- perfect for having a dozen guests with their sleeping bags. Alert for the old and very young-- steep stairs separate rooms and toilet. Staff at front desk is cold and unhelpful. Hotel gives impression of being a brutal training ground for stagiaires.

The room and the convenience of the golf course
Having to walk to another building to have dinner. Being handed three different menues because the waiter did not know which one he should be using for dinner. Massey Ferguson were having a conference and the noise from their party kept us awake until well after midnight.

Lovely setting, plenty of room for our family of 6. comprehensive breakfast buffet.
No lounge furniture with sofa bed made up.

The hotel is in a nice quite location, nice landscape.
I stayed in a cottage, and this was not as advertised. 1. The cottage was not cleaned, it was as if it had been setting for months and was not cleaned of the dust and bugs from setting for a long perior. 2. We asked to have the kitchen kettle cleaned or provide new and to close the fold out sofa. The staff did not respond to our request for at least 36 hours. Also the sofa was never fixed. 3. The telephone did not work, after asking for repair, the staff did not respond. 4. The front entrance door to the cottage did not work properly, nor was there a safety peep hole in the door to allow for notification as to whom was at the door.

Reasonable space for a family for a night if all you want to do is sleep. Small but useful kitchen if you want to self cater for breakfast.
The decor was a bit tired, marks on the table and on the walls the free wifi advertised on the website turned out only to be in the hotel not the cottages.
-
Efficient service, standalone cottages ideal for larger family, basic but clean. Good value breakfast for family as only adults pay. Small outdoor swimming pool was ideal for kids after long day in car.
Cottage was a bit stuffy, but soon fixed by opening shutters and windows. Was very basic for the price.

Very good location to pedestrian street shopping and 15 min walk to Old Port for many seafood restaurants. The barman gave us very good customer service whether for coffee or a glass of wine, secure parking was very easy to access and WiFi consistent.
We thought by French standards 4 stars would be top of the line. The pool was very small (more for children), no air conditioning, and being on the street side for 200 € night meant little sleep. We thought the breakfast expensive (€ 16) but if you want eggs/meat it is hard to find at a cafe. Front desk staff did not promote the city, no ironing board/iron, nor fan in room as it was hot in August. The advertised excursions on Booked.net but no one ever gave us any printed/verbal information.

The cottage was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The service was friendly and efficient. The brasserie service was good.
It seemed mostly families were staying at the cottages and having one double bed and two single beds may make more sense than 2 doubles.

Golf Course looked nice and the immediate surroundings were pleasant. The reception staff were okay.
Rooms required updating and were very run down. We arrived to this large hotel after a very long journey with three hungry children at about 5pm to be told that the restaurant was being used for a function and we couldn't eat there. There was little help for where we might eat as an alternative.
